CBC children’s department welcomes all kids nursery-6th grade with open arms.
The children's department finds fun and interactive ways to get children excited about coming to church and then shares the best love story of all time- Jesus. Proverbs 22:15 says, "Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it."
 Join us for a time to learn and grow through small & large group settings- Sunday school, children’s church, Terrific Tuesdays, camp, VBS, and more.....

Sundays & Wednesdays

Come ready to dive deep in to God’s word in a small group setting.
Sunday school is so important!
It allows children to grow more individually through Bible study, Bible skills, snacks and games.

Wednesdays are a blast!
It’s setup VBS style! Kids go to rotation centers: food, rec , class time, game time.
Semester goal- Scripture Memorization.
Monthly verses are given and if you know the verse- you get to go the the prize room!

Seasonal Events

Terrific Tuesdays-
CBC plans weekly summer trips for kiddos.
We start with a devotion and then we head out for an exciting day.
CBC staff likes to find interactive ways to connect with our kids.
...Bowling, zoo, water park & more!

VBS-
To spend thousands of dollars on a week for kids to have fun and learn about Christ...
is it worth it?
YES!!! And, YES!!!
If only one child comes to know Christ- it is worth it.
Planting seeds and sharing God’s salvation  plan is ALWAYS our goal.

Camps

Summer camp- CBC children’s department usually either participants in CentriKid or Studentlife Camp at Shocco Springs in Talladega, Alabama.
It is a fun-filled week with an experience of a life time! Camp is a place where lives are changed and impacted for the Glory of God.
Worship time, play time, and group time makes for an AWESOME week!

Children's Church

Children’s church is offered during morning worship time. Parents can grow in God’s Word while their children are learning in an age appropriate setting for their developmental needs.
After offering, children will meet their leader by the alter and will be taken to 1st floor, the children’s hall. Pick up will be on 1st floor after worship is dismissed.
