Leadership

Pastor Ken has served our church for 24 years and has over 30 years of ministry experience. He is a graduate of Southwestern Seminary

TJ Phelps, along with his wife and 3 children,  joined our team in the summer of 2020.  TJ has been in ministry for nearly 20 years. He is a graduate of the University of West Alabama and is currently enrolled in seminary at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. 

Craig Cargile joined our team in 2015 as the Music Director. With his background in music, he leads our Sunday morning service every week with a blended style of worship, which includes hymns and new worship songs. 

Leah, along with her family, have been long time members of our church. Leah took on the roll of Children's Minister in 2017 and has added a new vibrant excitement to our children that has echoed throughout the community. She is a graduate of the University of Montevallo and a certified teacher. 

Donald has been an active participant and member of Centreville Baptist his whole life. Donald came on board as the Financial and Education Secretary 1990. He is a graduate of the University of Montevallo.

Susan joined our team in 2017 and has over 30 years of office administration experience. She is the backbone of our organization and with her willingness, we are able to reach our community through print media.
